Professional Conduct and Mutual Respect

Chitkara University Publications (CUP) recognizes that meaningful scholarly exchange depends on relationships grounded in mutual respect, integrity, and professionalism. We are committed to fostering a constructive and inclusive environment where authors, reviewers, editors, and readers can engage with confidence and trust.

All members of our editorial and publishing team are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in their communications. In the same spirit, we expect authors and members of the academic community to communicate respectfully and courteously when engaging with our CUP staff.

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward any form of inappropriate behavior, including harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive communication directed at our team. In instances of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to escalate the matter to relevant institutions or authorities where appropriate. Furthermore, we may decline further communication or professional engagement with individuals who repeatedly or significantly breach these standards.

By promoting respectful communication and ethical engagement, we aim to support a positive and productive publishing ecosystem for all stakeholders.
