Issues and Ideas in Education (IIE) adheres to a stringent double-blind peer review process, requiring at least two independent reviews for each original submission. All articles are assessed by subject-matter experts to ensure scientific rigour, relevance and academic integrity.
Reviewers are selected by the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors from a curated pool of invited and consented experts. The reviewers for IIE are esteemed national and international experts in their respective fields, all of whom are registered under the journal’s peer review and submission policy. When needed, the editorial team may leverage their professional networks to identify additional suitable reviewers. In cases where the initial two reviews yield differing opinions, a third independent review is sought to ensure a thorough and impartial evaluation.
